Cambodia Holds High School Exam Proctor Meeting for Fair Testing

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Спорт, Cambodia, organized a proctoring meeting on August 8, 2026, in Kampong Thom province, in preparation for the Baccalaureate examination, scheduled for August 10, 2026. The meeting aimed to disseminate and guide the roles, responsibilities, and crucial measures for ensuring the examination proceeds smoothly, accurately, justly, and transparently, in accordance with the principles of the Ministry. Attending the meeting were Dr. Chuon Vinn, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Спорт, and Chairman of the National Proctoring Committee for Kampong Thom province, along with members of the proctoring committee, various commissions, and numerous stakeholders involved in the examination preparations. Mr. Han Kosal, Deputy Governor of Kampong Thom province, expressed his support and pledged full cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Спорт and the proctoring committee to ensure security, order, safety, and a favorable environment for the examination at all centers within the province. He also called upon local authorities, law enforcement agencies, relevant officials, and all parties concerned to continue working together effectively to facilitate travel, maintain security and order, and assist candidates, guardians, and stakeholders during the examination period. Dr. Chuon Vinn addressed the proctoring committee and examination commissions, urging them to pay close attention to the implementation of their roles, responsibilities, and relevant regulations. He emphasized the importance of maintaining order, discipline, professional ethics, neutrality, and accountability to ensure all candidates receive equal opportunities and that the examination is conducted fairly. Dr. Vinn also instructed the proctoring committee and examination commissions to strictly adhere to the procedures and guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Спорт, and to address any potential issues that may arise during the examination process with responsibility and transparency. This examination is crucial for determining eligibility for higher education in Cambodia, and its fair conduct is essential for maintaining public trust.
