VnExpress Seeks Bids for 2026 Logo-Branded Stationery Procurement

Vietnamese online news giant VnExpress has issued a request for quotations (RFQ) from suppliers for logo-branded stationery, as part of its preparation for the 2026 procurement budget. This initiative aims to enhance brand visibility and establish a foundation for future purchasing plans. The tender covers four categories of stationery featuring the VnExpress logo: 2,000 A5 spiral notebooks, 1,100 A4 premium leather notebooks, 2,100 ballpoint pens, and 900 premium metal ballpoint pens. Products must be printed with the logo according to specified designs and technical parameters. Bid submissions must include comprehensive company information, representative details, address, and official company stamp. The validity period of the quotation must also be clearly stated. Quoted prices are expected to encompass all applicable taxes, fees, and charges. VnExpress seeks to broaden participation opportunities for suppliers and develop a procurement budget aligned with usage requirements and current regulations. Interested companies meeting the technical specifications are encouraged to submit their bids within the stipulated timeframe. Quotations can be submitted in person, via postal mail to VnExpress headquarters at FPT Tower, or by scanning and emailing to [email protected]. The submission window opens on July 29 at 8 AM and closes on August 14 at 5 PM. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered.
