Phnom Penh Authorities Arrest 18 Foreigners for Online Scams, Illegal Stays
Phnom Penh authorities have arrested 18 foreigners from three locations in the city on suspicion of online scams and illegal stays. Seized evidence includes numerous computers and mobile phones.
