Harmonizing management by adjusting and strengthening school management mechanisms to align smoothly with the "Public Model Secondary School Standards." 2. Revolutionizing teaching methods by promoting the use of AI technology in teaching and learning to cultivate 21st-century skills in students and strategically prepare for international assessments (PISA). 3. Establishing clear implementation frameworks, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for secondary education work at target schools. The Secretary of State further added that the current update of guiding principles is a crucial strategic step in transforming target schools into "Smart Schools," capable of developing high-quality and competitive human resources for Cambodia, and contributing to the cultivation of outstanding national talent.
