The Sandiganbayan Third Division has allowed former House Speaker Martin Romualdez to attend his arraignment and pre-trial proceedings for a graft case via videoconference, exempting him from physically appearing in court. The court issued the resolution following an urgent motion from Romualdez's legal team.
