HCMC Opens N3 Flyover at An Phu Interchange, Easing Eastern Gateway Congestion
Ho Chi Minh City officially opened the N3 flyover at An Phu Interchange on May 1, a crucial step in alleviating persistent traffic congestion at the city's eastern gateway. Connecting Mai Chi Tho Boulevard directly to Dong Van Cong Street, the new flyover, costing over VND124 billion (US$4.7 million), is expected to significantly ease traffic flow.
