Typhoon Dolphin Enhances Monsoon, Drenching Luzon with Heavy Rains
Tropical Cyclone Kujira has dissipated after being absorbed by Typhoon Dolphin. However, Dolphin is enhancing the southwest monsoon, bringing heavy rains to various parts of Luzon. PAGASA has issued warnings for widespread flooding and landslides across affected areas.
