Ex-Rep. Defensor, co-accused arrested in P75M plunder case
Former Anakalusugan party-list Rep. Michael Defensor and businessman Joseph Varias Espiritu have been arrested in connection with a P75 million plunder case, also involving Senator Rodante Marcoleta. The two were apprehended at a coffee shop in Quezon City and are being transferred to the Sandiganbayan.
