According to Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Alfred Corpus, the media outlet Congress TV reported that the equipment in their tent near the Senate parking lot was stolen. “CongressTV reported to us that their flat screen TV and two printers were stolen from their tent,” Corpus said. Corpus said they immediately launched an investigation into the incident. “We are currently investigating the incident. We are reviewing the CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses,” he added. The Senate sergeant-at-arms assured that they are doing their best to recover the stolen items and to identify and apprehend the perpetrators. “We will not rest until we have resolved this case,” Corpus vowed.
