It is known that private schools, including international curriculum schools, will have to carry out school registration and renewal. On July 13, representatives from the Private Schools Supervisory Committee, private universities, international curriculum schools, and national curriculum schools held a meeting in the meeting hall at the Ministry of Education, Office No. 13, Nay Pyi Taw. During the meeting, the Chairman of the Private Schools Supervisory Committee, Union Minister Dr. Daw Cho Cho Sein, delivered an opening speech, and the Vice-Chairman (1), Deputy Minister Dr. Zaw Myint, and the Vice-Chairman (2), Deputy Minister U Nay Myo Hlaing, discussed matters related to the setting of school fees, regulations for private courses and training centers, school registration and renewal, appointment and regulations for teachers, and patriotism and cultural preservation. Following this, it is known that the Secretary of the Private Schools Supervisory Committee and Director-General of the Ministry of Education, and the Joint Secretary (1), Director-General of the Department of Higher Education, and the Joint Secretary (2), Director-General of the Department of Basic Education, held further discussions regarding private schools and private colleges. Subsequently, it is known that representatives from private schools teaching the national curriculum, private primary schools teaching the international curriculum, and private colleges presented and discussed their respective matters. Continuing on, when representatives from private schools proposed and discussed matters they wished to know, the Union Minister responded and coordinated the necessary actions.
