TPMG Tower in Phnom Penh has completed its full structural framework, with the majority of its glass façade installed. The project is on track for a late 2026 completion, and Knight Frank has been appointed exclusive leasing agent.
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — TPMG Tower has reached a major construction milestone after completing its full structural framework, with the majority of the building’s glass façade now installed, as the project moves toward its expected completion in late 2026. The developer also confirmed that Knight Frank Cambodia has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the flagship Grade A office tower, with leasing already underway ahead of the building’s opening. Located in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district, TPMG Tower has become an increasingly prominent addition to the capital’s skyline as construction enters its final stages. Project Enters Final Construction Phase The completion of the building’s primary structure marks one of the project’s most significant milestones, allowing construction to transition from major structural works to final building systems, interior fit-outs and commissioning. Over recent months, construction teams have completed the tower’s structural framework while installing the majority of its contemporary glass façade, providing a clear view of the building’s final architectural design. Current construction activities are focused on: Final rooftop and architectural works Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations Remaining façade finishing works Interior fit-outs Building systems testing and commissioning These activities represent the final phase of construction before the project is prepared for handover and tenant occupation. Knight Frank to Lead Leasing of Grade A Offices Knight Frank Cambodia has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for TPMG Tower and will oversee leasing of the development’s Grade A office space, which is currently being offered on promotional commercial terms for first movers. Upon completion, the international real estate consultancy will also provide property management and tenant services for the building. Ross Wheble, Country Head of Knight Frank Cambodia, said the development would strengthen Phnom Penh’s premium office market by providing businesses with high-quality, professionally managed commercial space integrated with Phnom Penh’s first five-star Pan Pacific Hotel “TPMG Tower represents an important addition to Phnom Penh’s Grade A office market. Businesses today are looking beyond location alone—they want efficient, professionally managed buildings that reflect their brand, support staff productivity and provide long-term operational value. We are delighted to have been appointed the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for this flagship development and look forward to welcoming tenants when the tower is completed later this year,” Wheble said. Expanding Phnom Penh’s Commercial Real Estate Market Once completed, TPMG Tower will deliver modern Grade A office accommodation designed for multinational corporations, professional service firms, financial institutions and growing Cambodian businesses seeking premium commercial space in the heart of Phnom Penh. The development adds to Cambodia’s expanding pipeline of high-quality commercial real estate as developers continue investing in internationally managed office buildings that support the country’s growing business community and foreign investment. Over the coming months, construction will focus on completing building systems, interior finishing works and final inspections before the tower becomes operational in late 2026. TPMG said it remains focused on maintaining high standards of construction quality, safety and project execution while preparing the landmark development for completion. The company also acknowledged the contribution of its engineers, contractors, consultants and project teams in reaching the latest construction milestone, as the project moves closer to delivery.
