Marcoleta Ally Arrested, Detained in P75-M Plunder Case
Aristotle Baluyut Viray, a businessman and co-accused in Senator Rodante Marcoleta's P75-million plunder case, has been arrested and detained. Viray is accused of providing Marcoleta with P20 million, which was allegedly not declared as a campaign contribution.
