While distributing them, the deceased young man, who could not swim, was holding hands with someone who could swim, but due to the strong current, he let go and was swept away by the force of the water. "It is true that he was swept away by the current and died. He is a local. I heard he was a young man who came to distribute food packages," a local from Letmeiknar told the Ayeyarwaddy Times.
