Vietnam Eases Vehicle Modification Rules from July 1
Vietnam will implement new regulations from July 1, easing rules on vehicle modifications. Genuine manufacturer-supplied accessories, when installed without altering the vehicle's structure or performance, will no longer be considered modifications. This change is expected to simplify procedures and reduce costs for vehicle owners.
