Supreme Court Orders Comments on Barangay, SK Elections Postponement Law
The Philippine Supreme Court has ordered the Office of the President, the Commission on Elections, and Congress to comment within five days on a law postponing the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) to 2028, following a challenge by an election lawyer citing infringement of voting rights.
