Vietnam Aims for Top 5% Global Research Impact by 2030
Vietnam's Ministry of Science and Technology has approved a program for excellent basic research in natural sciences, targeting at least one research direction to approach the world's top 5% in scientific impact by 2030, and at least three by 2035.
