LTO Summons Truck Owner, Drivers Over Fatal Quezon Wake Crash
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a Show Cause Order to the registered owner and two drivers of a cargo truck involved in a fatal crash in Pagbilao, Quezon, which killed four and injured 11. The drivers' licenses were suspended for 90 days, and the truck was placed under alarm status.
