Strengthening Internal Solidarity: Leaders and party members at all levels, from provincial to village, must maintain strong internal solidarity and continue to focus on assisting citizens in distress, ensuring that poverty identification cards are issued accurately and to the intended recipients. 2. Enhancing Aesthetics and Environment: The working group assisting Memot District should cooperate closely with local authorities to study and implement the planting of additional ornamental trees along public roads during the rainy season. The installation of solar-powered lighting systems is also to be organized. 3. Preparing for Elections: Local authorities must conduct direct outreach to citizens' homes to disseminate information and provide guidance on voter registration for the upcoming elections. They are also tasked with understanding the difficulties faced by the populace to find timely solutions. In his encouragement, H.E. Pen Kosal presented decisions and provided financial support of 500,000 Riel (approximately $125 USD) to the District Party Committee and each Commune Party Committee.
