As expected, the prosecution in the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte on Monday presented Mary Grace Piattos as one of the names in the acknowledgment receipts that covered the release of P125 million worth of confidential funds in the last days of December 2022. In his testimony before the impeachment court, prosecution witness and former Commission on Audit-Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) State Auditor Roderick Wamil said the following names appeared in the acknowledgment receipts. The OVP submitted the documents to the COA to liquidate its P125 million in confidential funds disbursed within 11 days in December 2022.
