Vietnam Details Early Gains in IP Violation Crackdown
Vietnamese police have initiated criminal proceedings in 56 cases involving copyright infringement, counterfeit goods, and other intellectual property violations, leading to 98 suspects being prosecuted. Administrative fines have also been increased, with 216 individuals penalized over 850 million VND (approximately $32,600 USD) in the first month.
