Siem Reap Province Celebrates Exemplary Public Service Providers with Parade

SIEM REAP, Cambodia, July 19, 2026 – The Siem Reap Provincial Administration organized a parade on July 19, 2025, to celebrate the winners of exemplary public service providers in the education and health sectors for 2025. The parade took place along various streets in Siem Reap city, attended by H.E. Prak Sophorn, Governor of Siem Reap Province, along with provincial council members, leaders of provincial departments and units, civil servants, teachers, students, and citizens. The parade aimed to honor and encourage the efforts of the five winning units in providing public services to the people in Siem Reap Province for 2025. It also sought to further disseminate information about the competition for exemplary public service providers in the education and health sectors for subsequent years. Based on strict procedures, five public service providing units, including secondary schools, primary schools, and health centers in Siem Reap Province, were evaluated by the National Committee for Evaluation of Public Service Providing Units as exemplary units in the education and health sectors for 2025. This recognition also received the highest acknowledgment from Samdech Techo Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Notably, the Khmer-Japan Friendship Secondary School received the first prize nationwide. The Kok Chak Health Center also received the first prize nationwide, the Sre Noy Health Center received the fourth prize nationwide, the Kravan Primary School received the fourth prize nationwide, and the Aranyarongsey Secondary School received the ninth prize nationwide.
