Hanoi Tops Vietnam's Innovation Index for Fourth Consecutive Year
Hanoi has secured the top spot in Vietnam's Provincial Innovation Index (PII) for the fourth consecutive year in 2026, achieving a total score of 63.80. Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong City followed. Hanoi's strengths were particularly noted in research and development (R&D), human resources, and intellectual property creation.
