PHL-India Trade Seen Reaching $10 Billion With Trade Deals
Bilateral trade between the Philippines and India is projected to reach $10 billion in the next five to six years once trade agreements with both countries and ASEAN take effect. The Indian ambassador stated that negotiations for the review of the ASEAN-India trade agreement and a preferential trade agreement (PTA) between the Philippines and India are ongoing.
