Phu Bia Mining Marks Labour Day by Highlighting Employee Achievements and Economic Contribution in Laos

Phu Bia Mining (PBM), one of Laos' largest mining investors, marked International Labour Day by celebrating its employees' achievements and dedication. The company highlighted its significant contribution to the Lao economy through employment, with 96% of its nearly 4,000 employees being Lao nationals, as well as through skills transfer and development. PBM also emphasized its commitment to maintaining employment during the pandemic and supporting local communities.
