Tinio Urges Congress to Probe Socoteco II Deal for Consumer Benefit

Rep. Antonio Tinio of ACT Teachers party-list has called for a congressional probe into the proposed joint venture agreement (JVA) between South Cotabato II Electric Cooperative (Socoteco II) and a private firm.
