The new hub allows company representatives to work directly within the university premises, fostering continuous collaboration beyond formal agreements, internships, or recruitment drives. They will be provided with research and development facilities and will engage in training, technology transfer, and joint projects with lecturers and students. According to ICTU representatives, approximately 80% of the business cooperation space has already been registered for use. Associate Professor Dr. Phùng Trung Nghĩa, Rector of ICTU, highlighted that while Thai Nguyen province is attracting many large corporations, "opportunities should not stop at investment figures alone." The university's concern is how to "create significant opportunities for students right in their hometown," enabling them to study, research, innovate, and start businesses. "We decided not to wait," Nghĩa stated. "If it's difficult for students to approach businesses, let's bring businesses closer to students." At the event, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyễn Huy Dũng proposed that ICTU advance this model to a "three parties plus one" approach.
