Phnom Penh Authorities Inspect THE PARK WAY Condominium Towers

Phnom Penh City Administration conducted an administrative inspection on August 7th at THE PARK WAY condominium, specifically towers A, B, and C, located in Toul Sangke 1 Commune, Russey Keo District. The inspection was carried out under strict orders from Mr. Khuong Sreng, Governor of Phnom Penh, by a team from the City Administration Command. The team was led by Deputy Governors Mr. Khuong Sreng, Mr. Hun Sorithy, Mr. Imron Hassan, and Mr. Peng Thireakmy. Legal facilitation was provided by Deputy Prosecutors Mr. Thong Rotana and Mr. Sit Vannak from the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. The three towers inspected include Tower A with 36 floors and 450 units, Tower B with 26 floors and 504 units, and Tower C with 30 floors and 576 units, totaling 1,530 units. According to Ms. Dou Sempoth, Deputy Director of Administration and Spokesperson for the Phnom Penh City Administration, the inspection found that the three towers were left unoccupied and no online scams or other criminal activities were detected.
