Smile of Cambodia, in collaboration with the China Council of Lions Clubs and the BEAM International Foundation Hong Kong, will provide free surgical operations and treatment for patients with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities from September 17-20 at the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital. This initiative aims to offer opportunities for those with facial impairments and improve their quality of life.
