Nearly 20 Hanoi Central Areas Remain Flooded After Heavy Rains
As of the afternoon of September 17, several areas in Hanoi's inner city remained flooded with 20-30 cm of water, despite the cessation of rainfall. Hanoi Water Drainage Company reported 19 flooded locations under its management, a decrease from earlier in the day, but the situation continues to impact daily life and transportation.
