464 Learners Graduate from Ilocos Norte Alternative Learning System

DINGRAS, Ilocos Norte — A total of 464 learners graduated from the Alternative Learning System (ALS) in Ilocos Norte on Thursday, marking another milestone in the province's efforts to provide second-chance education for out-of-school youth and adults. The graduates completed either the elementary or secondary level through the Department of Education's ALS program, which offers flexible learning modalities to cater to diverse learner needs. This initiative underscores the province's commitment to ensuring that individuals who had to discontinue their education due to economic or other circumstances have an opportunity to achieve their academic goals and open new doors for their future.
