6 Die as Dump Truck Plummets Off Pangasinan Cliff
Six people were killed and several others injured when a dump truck collided with a pickup truck and plunged into a ravine in Pangasinan, Philippines. The accident, believed to be caused by engine trouble, occurred on the return trip from a solar farm project.
