Pagasa: Typhoon's Trough to Bring Persistent Rains to Visayas, Mindanao
The trough of a typhoon outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) will continue to bring rains to the Visayas and Mindanao, while Metro Manila is expected to have fair weather in the coming days, according to the state weather bureau Pagasa.
