
Vietnam, Laos police dismantle cross-border drug rings, seize 23kg of narcotics
Police in Vietnam's Thanh Hoa Province and Laos' Huaphanh Province have dismantled transnational drug trafficking rings, seizing 23.4kg of narcotics and arresting four suspects.
