Samrong City, Oddar Meanchey Province -- July 10, 2026 The Samrong City Office of Education, Youth, and Sport continues to conduct technical guidance meetings for the 2026 Diploma Examination grading center. On Thursday, July 9, Mr. Blong Koy, Head of the Office, accompanied by the Deputy Head and technical officials, visited the grading center located at Techo Sen Samrong High School. Mr. Blong Koy emphasized that ensuring accuracy, justice, rigor, and transparency in the process of grading student answer sheets is the most crucial technical task in education. He further stated that this technical guidance meeting aims to instruct, assign duties, and strengthen internal discipline, as well as to present key technical formats to all grading committee members. This will enable them to jointly perform the task of grading candidate answer sheets smoothly, in accordance with the standards of the relevant department and the guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport. The Head of the Office also expressed his admiration for the responsible spirit of all teachers involved and advised every member of the grading committee to pay the utmost attention to grading to ensure integrity and fairness for the students throughout Samrong City.
