Cambodia Prays for National Prosperity and Well-being at Sacred Site

Senior Advisor to the King, Men Sam An, on the afternoon of September 4, 2026, led a grand prayer ceremony at Toup Bridge (or Toup Bridge) in Cheung Tien village, Cheung Tien commune, Chong Kal district, Udon Thani province, praying for the happiness, prosperity, and good fortune of the Cambodian nation and its people. On this occasion, Men Sam An prayed to all sacred beings in the world, including the Triple Gem (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha), the angels protecting the sacred umbrella, the angels protecting the universe, and the guardian deities of the Year of the Horse. She requested these beings to bless, protect, and guide herself, high-ranking officials, businessmen, and all Cambodian citizens across the country. Men Sam An prayed for all citizens to experience happiness, prosperity, and all kinds of well-being. She also prayed for the nation to be free from epidemics and natural disasters, and for Cambodia's tourism sector to flourish further, attracting more domestic and international tourists. Specifically, she prayed for the health and strength of all types of armed forces personnel performing their duties along the border lines, and for the success of their missions in defending the territorial integrity and security of the nation and its people. Furthermore, she prayed for the fulfillment of all Cambodian citizens' wishes, for success in all endeavors, for an improved standard of living, and for Cambodia to continue enjoying peace, stability, progress, and new developments.
