Hai Phong City's Party Standing Committee Oversight Results Approved by Politburo

In the key port city of Hai Phong in central Vietnam, the draft report on the results of the third inspection and supervision by the Politburo concerning the city's Party Standing Committee has been approved. The meeting took place in Hai Phong City on September 24, chaired by Mr. Le Minh Hung, Member of the Politburo and Prime Minister, who heads Politburo Supervision Team No. 222. The final draft report on the supervision of the Hai Phong City Party Standing Committee was approved at the meeting. During the meeting, it was conveyed that voters (cử tri) were deeply impressed by the remarkable achievements Hai Phong City had attained in the first half of this year. The Prime Minister also expressed his consistent attention and commitment to accompanying Hai Phong City's aspirations for development. Vietnam operates under a one-party system, and the leadership of the Communist Party regularly supervises the operations of local governments to ensure they align with the Party's discipline and directives. This supervision was conducted as part of that process. Hai Phong City has experienced significant economic growth in recent years, particularly in manufacturing, and has attracted substantial foreign direct investment. This supervision also serves as an opportunity to reaffirm the sustainability of its economic growth and the role of the Party organization in that process. Additionally, members of the Hai Phong City Party Standing Committee were present at the meeting and reported on the city's development initiatives. Prime Minister Le Minh Hung also attended a ceremony for the awarding of Party membership badges in Hai Phong.
