Two outstanding university entrance exam passers honored

Yangon Region Parliament Speaker U Htay Aung met and honored Ma Aye Chan Pye and Ma Nini Kyaw, who passed the university entrance examination with outstanding results in Hlaing Thar Yar (East) Township, Yangon Region, on the afternoon of June 30, according to a release from the Yangon Region Parliament. Ma Aye Chan Pye, who passed the university entrance examination with distinctions in 6 subjects from Hlaing Thar Yar (East) High School No. 4, was met and honored by the Yangon Region Parliament Speaker at the Ayupala Dhamma Hall in Ward 5, Hlaing Thar Yar (East) Township. Similarly, Ma Nini Kyaw, who ranked first in the country for the science and arts combined subjects and passed the university entrance examination from Hlaing Thar Yar (East) High School No. 14, was also met and honored by the Yangon Region Parliament Speaker at the principal's office, it is reported. The honoring ceremonies were attended by Yangon Region Parliament Speaker, along with Hlaing Thar Yar (East) Township Regional Parliament Representative U Kyi Soe, officials from the Yangon Region Parliament Social Affairs Development Committee, departmental officials from Hlaing Thar Yar (East) Township, donors, and invited guests.
