A training workshop bringing together real estate developers, economic experts, media professionals, and AI technology specialists was officially opened in Cambodia to share knowledge on real estate market trends and the role of media in business within the AI era. The event commenced on the morning of July 4, 2026, at The Factory Phnom Penh, organized by the Cambodian Association of Economic Media Entrepreneurs. This forum, which gathered experts from the economic, real estate, and media sectors, aims to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of business owners, investors, and journalists. It focuses on understanding the economic and real estate market situation, analyzing information for effective decision-making, and utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to support work and business in the digital age. In his opening remarks, Mr. Teng Rithy, a real estate developer, highlighted the importance of this training program. He stated that it serves as an opportunity to share in-depth knowledge and analysis on the Cambodian economy, particularly the real estate sector, alongside knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, given AI's rapid advancements. The full-day training program included discussions and knowledge sharing from numerous real estate experts such as Mr. Teng Rithy, CEO of Victoria Park and Heritage Park projects in Kampot and Siem Reap provinces; Mr. Cheng Vuothy, CEO of INVA company and Director of Speak News; Mr. Yin Liangkong, President of the Cambodian Association of Economic Media Entrepreneurs; Mr. In Mean, an AI specialist; and Mr. Kai Kimsong, former Editor-in-Chief of the Phnom Penh Post.
