A growing emphasis on health and wellness across the Asia-Pacific region, particularly sleep and mental health, has been highlighted in a new survey. In Thailand and 10 other markets, 82% of over 10,000 respondents deemed holistic health highly important, with 74% saying it's more crucial than three years ago.
