Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) on Monday announced promotional all-in roundtrip fares as low as $650 for its Manila-Dubai flights which will resume in October, ending the suspension that started in April due to security concerns brought about by the conflict in the Middle East. In an advisory, PAL said the promotional fares will be available for a “limited period” subject to applicable terms and conditions. It did not elaborate. The carrier’s PR 658 flights from Manila to Dubai will depart at 12:50 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, arriving in Dubai at 6 p.m. The service will resume on October 2, 2026. The PR 659 flights will depart Dubai at 7:45 p.m. on the same days, arriving in Manila at 9:10 a.m. the following day. “The resumption of Dubai flights will strengthen connectivity for overseas Filipinos, business travelers, tourists, and cargo customers traveling between the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates,” the carrier said.
