WFP and DENSO Partner to Enhance Workplace Nutrition in Cambodia

The World Food Programme (WFP) in Cambodia and DENSO Cambodia are joining forces to enhance workplace nutrition through a pilot program involving the consumption of micronutrient-fortified rice. The initiative aims to identify practical outcomes for improving the nutritional well-being of workers. According to information from the World Food Programme, the results obtained from this trial will be compiled into a specific report for DENSO Cambodia. This report will include evidence-based recommendations to support employee health and well-being, as well as future workplace nutrition initiatives. The initiative also encompasses nutrition awareness sessions, knowledge assessments, and the collection of feedback from participants regarding their consumption of the micronutrient-fortified rice.
