Cambodian Ministry of Information Officials Visit Former Veteran and Retiree Association Executive
Officials from Cambodia's Ministry of Information visited Bou Vannarith, a Deputy Secretary of State, who is undergoing medical treatment. The visit by the ministry and the Information Sector Veteran and Retiree Association demonstrated solidarity and deep concern for civil servants who have contributed to the nation.
On July 17, 2026, officials from the Ministry of Information visited Bou Vannarith, Deputy Secretary of State of the Ministry of Information, who is undergoing medical treatment. Led by Madam Tuy Serey Rotha Net Phakthra, Honorary President of the Cambodian Women's Association for Peace and Development, Ministry of Information, and representing the high authority of Minister Net Phakthra, the delegation visited Preah Kosamak Hospital in Phnom Penh. Accompanying the Honorary President were Madam Chea Sundanet, Permanent Secretary of State; Madam Son Marada, Secretary of State and member of the Information Sector Veteran and Retiree Association (ISVRA); His Excellency Ton Sarath, Secretary of State and member of ISVRA; and Madam Tes Phallyn, Secretary-General and Head of the ISVRA Secretariat, along with other members and secretariat staff of ISVRA. This visit aimed to demonstrate the high attention, solidarity, and deep sentiment of the leadership of the Ministry of Information, as well as the ISVRA Committee, towards civil servants who have worked diligently for the nation in the past. On this meaningful occasion, Madam Tuy Serey Rotha Net Phakthra and the delegation conveyed greetings and warm regards from Minister Net Phakthra, wishing Deputy Secretary of State Bou Vannarith a speedy recovery and full health to return to his duties for the ministry and his family soon.
