Gawad Kalinga founder pleads not guilty in trafficking raps, appears from hospital
Antonio Meloto, founder of the poverty alleviation movement Gawad Kalinga, has pleaded not guilty to charges of qualified trafficking. Meloto, currently hospitalized, appeared virtually for his arraignment.
