TMD warns of heavy rain across Thailand, 39 provinces at flood risk

The Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) has issued a warning for heavy rain and strong winds across Thailand until May 21. Thirty-nine provinces are at risk of flash floods and forest runoff, with particular concern for the South's west coast, the East, and parts of the lower North. Rough seas are also anticipated in the Andaman Sea.
