In these broadcasts, he is accused of disseminating content that distorted and defamed the people's administration, fabricated information causing public concern, and waged psychological warfare. The report further stated that Mr. Chau and another individual allegedly produced, stored, and distributed numerous video clips and a book entitled "Chuyen voi Thanh – loi ke moi ve anh sang" (Stories with Thanh – a new account of light).
