
Taiwanese nationals arrested off Pasay waters for waste dumping, immigration violations
Philippine authorities arrested four Taiwanese nationals off Pasay City waters following an incident of improper waste disposal by their vessel. The individuals were identified as undesirable aliens by the Bureau of Immigration and are undergoing deportation proceedings.
