The airstrikes were carried out around 10 p.m. on July 6, with a jet fighter that took off from Tate U Air Base, targeting villages on both sides of the second district of Myingyan Township, despite the absence of fighting. "Two powerful bombs were dropped on the village. The sound was very loud, and the ground shook," a local resident of Myingyan told the Ayeyarwaddy Times. It is known that one middle-aged woman sustained severe injuries in the airstrikes and died today, July 7. In addition, 10 civilian houses were damaged by the direct impact of the bombs. "A woman who was seriously injured yesterday passed away around noon today while receiving medical treatment.
