Vietnam, Russia to Concrete Maritime Cooperation with Roadmap to 2030

He urged relevant agencies of both countries to promptly translate these orientations into concrete, highly feasible programs and projects. This directive aims to prevent past agreements from remaining merely at the level of orientations and policies. Vietnam and Russia are expected to leverage high-tech agriculture for deeper cooperation, as highlighted by separate reports.
