MAI Airlines Announces Temporary Suspension of All International Flights at Mandalay International Airport

MAI Airlines announced on the evening of September 10 that all international flights to and from Mandalay International Airport will be temporarily suspended until further notice due to operational circumstances. The announcement stated that all domestic flights of MAI Airlines and Mingalar Airlines scheduled to arrive at or depart from Mandalay International Airport during this suspension period will be rerouted to the nearest airport in Pyin Oo Lwin city. Passengers affected by flight disruptions can receive a full refund for their tickets or change their flight route once free of charge (subject to seat availability). Passengers who purchased tickets through travel agencies or online agents are requested to contact their respective agencies directly, and an apology was issued for the suspension of these flights. MAI also announced that any changes related to flights will be communicated through their official channels.
