14 Vietnamese Nationals Arrested in Phnom Penh for Online Scam Operations
Phnom Penh police have arrested 14 Vietnamese nationals, including one woman, for operating illegal online scams from a condominium in Sen Sok district. Authorities seized a significant amount of electronic equipment, including computers and mobile phones.
